Studio Sasha | Last updated: 10/21/2026
Thank you for choosing Studio Sasha! Each piece is thoughtfully personalized and crafted with care. Please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing an order or booking our services. By confirming an order or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services & Custom Orders
Studio Sasha offers personalized services, including calligraphy, engraving, heat foiling, gift wrapping, and leather heat stamping.
All orders must be confirmed before work begins. Order details, including the selected service, materials, quantities, pricing, and estimated completion date, will be agreed upon in advance.
Studio Sasha will not outsource services to another provider without informing the client.
2. Artistic Style & Handmade Work
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Studio Sasha’s previous work and are familiar with our unique artistic style.
Calligraphy is handwritten and may naturally vary in lettering, spacing, layout, and ink flow. Engraving, heat foiling, and leather heat stamping may also produce slight variations depending on the material and application process.
These variations are part of the handmade process and are not necessarily considered defects. Studio Sasha cannot guarantee exact replication of previous work, computer-generated lettering, or another artist’s style. Requests to modify our established style may be considered at our discretion.
3. Payment & Deposits
Full payment is due before or on the agreed-upon date unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
For applicable bookings, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due by the agreed-upon deadline. The retainer compensates Studio Sasha for reserving the time and declining other potential projects.
Any changes to the payment schedule must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Failure to make timely payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services, subject to applicable law.
4. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within seven calendar days of the due date may be considered overdue.
$50 late fee and, where applicable, an additional $100 fee per subsequent 30-day period may be charged in accordance with the agreed payment terms and applicable California law.

Clients may also be responsible for reasonable collection costs where legally permitted.
5. Changes, Downgrades & Additional Requests
Changes to an order after confirmation, including reductions in quantity, changes in materials, or switching to a different service, may affect the final price and completion date.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, downgrading or reducing an order does not automatically entitle the client to a refund or reduction in the original quoted price.
Additional requests or changes made after work has begun may incur additional charges. Any revised pricing or changes to the original agreement will be communicated to the client.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Client cancellations

Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be communicated to Studio Sasha as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and acceptance by Studio Sasha.

Cancellation by Studio Sasha
If Studio Sasha is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to illness, an emergency, or another significant circumstance, the client will be offered a refund for services not provided or an alternative date, if mutually agreed upon.
Personalized and completed orders
Once personalized work has commenced, refunds may be limited. Completed services are generally non-refundable unless there is a material issue attributable to Studio Sasha’s error or negligence.
All cancellation and refund terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Materials & Item Suitability
Clients are responsible for providing the items to be personalized unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Studio Sasha reserves the right to decline items that are unsafe, unsuitable, excessively fragile, or incompatible with the requested technique.
Certain materials, finishes, coatings, shapes, and surface treatments may not be suitable for engraving, heat foiling, or leather heat stamping. Studio Sasha may request a sample or inspect an item before confirming that a technique can be performed.
For safety reasons, Studio Sasha does not engrave carbonated bottles or other pressurized containers. Calligraphy using suitable metallic markers may be offered as an alternative where appropriate.
Some metals, glass, stone, plastics, leather finishes, and other materials may present technical challenges. If Studio Sasha determines that an item cannot be safely or successfully processed, we will discuss available alternatives or an appropriate resolution with the client.
8. Client Responsibilities & Bulk Orders
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all names, spellings, wording, dates, quantities, and personalization instructions are accurate before approving an order.
Studio Sasha is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the client.
For bulk orders exceeding 10 items, Studio Sasha may request an additional 10% of materials or items to account for potential errors, material inconsistencies, or production challenges.
Clients must ensure that all supplied items are suitable for the requested service and delivered in the agreed quantities and timeframe.
9. Inspection & Quality Concerns
Where possible, clients will have the opportunity to inspect completed work at the time of collection, delivery, or completion of an event service.
Any concerns regarding the finished work should be raised promptly so that Studio Sasha can assess the issue and determine whether a correction is appropriate.
Requests for significant changes after approval or completion may incur additional fees. Nothing in this policy limits any rights the client may have under applicable law.
10. Turnaround Times & Delays
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Delays may occur due to material limitations, technical difficulties, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond Studio Sasha’s reasonable control.
Studio Sasha will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and discuss appropriate next steps.

All original calligraphy, artwork, designs, and creative concepts developed by Studio Sasha remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Purchasing a personalized item does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.
12. Photography & Social Media
Studio Sasha may photograph or record completed work for portfolio, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We take care to protect client privacy and will avoid displaying sensitive personal information, such as full addresses or contact details. Photographs containing private information may be cropped or digitally altered before publication.
Clients who share photographs of our work are appreciated for crediting Studio Sasha and tagging @Studiosashala where appropriate.

13. Event Services & Onsite Requests
For live event services, the agreed-upon booking details, service duration, estimated guest count, and pricing will be confirmed in advance.
Any extensions to the agreed service time are subject to availability and mutual agreement and may incur additional hourly charges.
Studio Sasha may accept additional onsite orders at our discretion. These requests are subject to availability, materials, time constraints, and the event schedule. Additional requests may incur extra charges.
Clients must provide a well-lit, reasonably suitable workspace that allows Studio Sasha to perform the services safely and accurately. If disruptive conditions interfere with the work, Studio Sasha may request a more suitable setup or temporarily pause services until reasonable accommodations are made.
14. Unforeseen Circumstances
Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, government restrictions, pandemics, or other significant unforeseen events, subject to applicable law.
The affected party must notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to determine an appropriate solution.
15. Disputes & Governing Law
