You are responsible for purchasing your fragrance separately from your preferred U.S. vendor and having it shipped directly to Studio Sasha.

It’s recommended to purchase your fragrance from any reputable U.S. vendor.

• Macy’s

• Dillard’s

Please make sure the vendor can ship your fragrance directly to the Studio Sasha shipping address provided in your ordering instructions.

Studio Sasha is not responsible for fragrances delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Your engraving service includes up to two words.

Please carefully review your wording before submitting your order.

Your fragrance will be engraved exactly as written on your order form, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and dates.

When completing your Engraving Request Form, you may select:

• Front

• Back

• Other

If you select “Other,” please contact us to provide your requested placement.

Yes. Mock-ups are available upon request.

Mock-ups are sent within 2 business days of receiving your item in studio.

Processing time begins after your mock-up has been approved.

Please review your mock-up carefully and respond promptly to avoid delays.

If you request a mock-up and do not approve it within 72 hours, your item may be automatically engraved using placement determined at the artist’s discretion.

Once engraving has been completed, changes or re-engraving requests may not be possible.

Standard Processing:
4–7 business days from the date your item is received by Studio Sasha.

Rush Processing:
Rush processing is available for an additional $50 per item. Rush orders are completed within 72 hours of receipt, subject to the item being suitable for engraving and all required information being complete.

Holiday Processing:
From November 1 through December 31, processing is approximately 7–14 business days.
